Welcome to Dragon Foundations

Who do we need to become to meet the challenges of our time?

Our world is changing fast. The systems we inherited are straining, and the old ways of leading through control, avoidance, and domination are collapsing.

We need something new. We need humans who can respond instead of react. People with the nervous system capacity to stay present when things get intense. People who can remain connected to themselves and others when there is conflict, uncertainty, desire, grief, fear, and change.

Because the truth is, most of us lose access to our wisdom exactly when we need it most.

When the voltage rises, we collapse.

We freeze.

We fawn.

We attack.

We disappear.

Dragon Foundations is a training ground for building the capacity to stay.

To become the kind of person who can hold more: more truth, more complexity, more emotion, more responsibility, more aliveness.

Someone people trust in moments of intensity. Someone who doesn’t need the world to calm down in order to remain centered.

This is not about having all the answers. It’s about becoming someone capable of meeting the questions.

Section 3

How We Work

We are not here to manufacture intensity. We are here to increase resilience.

We train the nervous system to hold more voltage — more aliveness, more desire, more truth — without collapsing, dissociating, or armoring. That means moving slowly enough to stay integrated, and honestly enough to stay real.

You’ll practice:

Meeting shadow and taboo material without bypassing or exploding

Tracking your nervous system while staying in relationship

Playing with polarity and eros as life force — not performance

Owning desire without demand, collapse, or manipulation

Holding power and responsibility at the same time

Noticing where fear has been quietly muting your leadership

Catching the moments you want to take the reins — and freeze

Choosing bolder, cleaner, more honest contact in real time

All of this is held with explicit agreements, clear pacing, and care for the collective nervous system — so edges are met with intention, not force, and explored at the pace of embodiment rather than adrenaline.

FAQ

No. What you need is courage, and a willingness to try on something that challenges who you know yourself to be.
Each session builds on the last, but also stands on its own. Recordings can be provided. If you miss a session and don’t watch the recording, you will still be welcome to continue, but you may feel a bit out of sync.
This is a held container — not always comfortable, but deeply supportive for transformation. You will be invited to explore shadow, desire, and power in ways that may challenge you, but you will not be asked to go anywhere alone. Our intention is for you to leave class regulated, and we will stay on the line with you afterwards if you need more time to get back there.
