Who would you become if you stopped trying to be a good person?
Not an unethical person.
Not a cruel person.
Just someone no longer organizing their life around proving that they're good.
What becomes possible then?

Discover the version of you that your current identity won't let you become.
There are qualities inside you that you may have learned to suppress because they once felt dangerous, selfish, embarrassing, inappropriate, arrogant, needy, sexual, confrontational, wild—or simply too much.

You learned how to become.
But every identity creates a shadow.
Who would you become if you stopped trying to be a good person?
Not an unethical person.
Not a cruel person.
Just someone no longer organizing their life around proving that they're good.
What becomes possible then?
Think of a quality you strongly judge in other people.
Arrogant. Selfish. Aggressive.
Needy. Wild. Attention-seeking.
Now imagine that 10% of that quality contains something you desperately need.
What might it give you access to?
What's something you've understood about yourself for years…and still haven't changed?
You probably don't need another insight.
You may need access to a version of yourself who behaves differently.
There's a character inside you who could solve a problem you've been struggling with for years.
The problem?
You've spent years making sure nobody mistakes you for them.
Come meet them.
Your 180 isn't necessarily louder, tougher, sexier, or more dominant. It's simply the direction your current identity has difficulty allowing.
Always explaining yourself
Saying no without writing an essay about it.
Trying to keep everyone comfortable
Becoming willing to disappoint someone.
Being relentlessly self-sufficient
Letting yourself need someone.
Remaining composed and responsible
Becoming playful, ridiculous, disruptive, and alive.
Avoiding attention
Letting yourself be seen.
Trying not to appear arrogant
Owning your competence and authority.
Being endlessly understanding
Getting angry and setting a boundary.
Being the leader
Surrendering control.
Waiting for permission
Moving first.
The point isn't to become your opposite.
It's to reclaim enough of the opposite that you have choice.
Meet the character
Your 180 is a private 60-minute experiential session designed to help you identify a piece of unclaimed power and experiment with embodying it in real time.
Through conversation, embodiment, improvisation, expression, or relational experimentation, we’ll help you step into someone you’re normally unwilling to be.
You’ll leave with one concrete experiment for bringing more of that energy into your actual life.
Identify a quality, impulse, expression, or character you've pushed into the shadows.
Explore how maintaining your current identity may be limiting your relationships, leadership, creativity, intimacy, or freedom.
Discover the version of you who has access to the energy you've excluded.
Experiment with that character with us in real time through conversation, embodiment, improvisation, expression, or relational experimentation.
Choose one concrete experiment that brings more of this energy into your actual life.
This isn't a personality test.
It isn't another conversation about why you are the way you are.
It's an experiment in becoming someone you're normally unwilling to be.
We're offering a limited number of complimentary Your 180 sessions to people who are available for Dragon Initiation during our final enrollment period.
The session stands on its own as a gift to you.
If we sense Dragon Initiation could be a strong fit, we'll ask if you'd like to hear more about it.
Choose the person whose energy feels most intriguing, exciting, or slightly dangerous to your current identity.
